I was a Senior Art Director at eBay for three years. This was a tight-turnaround holiday email promoting the XBox and Halo. I worked directly with the eBay team, including the eBay CMO, to turn this complicated message, which included buying, selling, discount, and a free Halo digital download, into a simple 1-2-3 message that included relatable gamer lingo.
